TERM'S & CONDITIONS

This application form should be filled only after thoroughly studying the institute Brochure which is designed to help you understand the courses on offer. You are advised to go through all the pages carefully and judge for yourself the suitability of our courses , as per your needs. If you wish to apply for admission in the institute, you must read the following terms and conditions which define the basic relationship between the institution and the students. Institute follows a clearly defined code of conduct and excepts students to maintain high standards of leadership, initiative and discipline.

1) Complete details regarding the structure of undergraduate courses have been provided at our website. Student should decide to apply for admission only after they are convinced that our courses meet their career goals.

2) While all care has been taken in compiling the data and fads and in the attached admission brochure and / or Application Form IMI will not responsible for any inadvertent errors.

3) Your candidature can be considered only after you have filled this application form completely and submitted to the proper authority at admissions cell at Institute office.

4) All information given by you to Institute must be true and authentic, Admissions gained on the basis of wrong information and improper disclosure at any stage of the admission process will be treated ipso facto null and avoid. This will also affect grating of any degree and Awards for which only the student will be responsible.

5) The various facilities provided are subjected to terms and conditions and student will need to pay extra if required.

6) Every student is required to compulsory Sign a Institute's Code of conduct document which outlines at length of discipline and conduct policy of the institution which the students and parents are bound to follow, Failure to do the same may result in appropriate action.

7) Few member of IM I scholarship are available to deserving candidates at our campuses. These are solely at management’s discretion as per our guide lines laid down at www.imi.ac. in otherwise any request for scholarship has to be made along with this application form only scholarship are not entertained later.

8) The Institute does not accept responsibility or liability for any damage / injury incurred by student or to his / her property whether in connection with his/her studies or not.

9) The Institute reserves to add /amended/ edit/remove any item or condition solely at its discretion. Rights of admission fully reserved.

10) Disputes, if any will be subject to the Jurisdiction Indore court only.
